THE ROLE:
An opportunity has arisen for a well-rounded Private Client Lawyer to join an established and growing practice and advise on the broad spectrum of private client matters. The appointed Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner will be managing their own caseload of private client matters including Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection cases, Probate and Wills. In addition to fee earning, you will also be expected to support in building up and developing the profile of the private client team within the local market. More experienced Private Client Lawyers with supervisory experience are also encouraged to apply.
THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Private Client Lawyer will have at least 2 years PQE in dealing with their own caseload of Wills, LPAs, Probate and Court of Protection matters. With significant experience gained within private client, you will be well placed to work using your own initiative as well as provide support to other members of team as and when required.
